No New Poem This Time..

Helloo guys! Just a quick post, kinda... Lolz. I wanted you let you know I entered the poetry contest, and I'm waiting for the poem to be judged! It'll be submitted in.. Four days, I think. So I'm anxiously awaiting submission, and the final results! You'll be the first to know whatever happens :D

Also... As you may or may not have noticed, I only have 14 followers on this blog (and five of them are the same person... xD) o.o. Not necessarily good lolz. So, I have a small favor to ask ;] Tell people about this blog! Tell your friends.. Parents.. Uncles.. Aunts.. Your aunt's uncles.. Or your uncle's aunts! Lol I don't really care who, just try to get the word out xD

No poem this time, but I'll be working to write one :P

Poetry Contest..

Well, when my dad decides to check out the poetry contest site, and make sure it's "legit," I'm gonna enter! And.. I wrote the poem for it already! Wanna read it? ...of course you do x] Well here goes nothing..

I love how perfect you are

Perfect, just for me

How, when staring in your eyes

It's like staring out to sea

Mysterious, and amazing

More hidden, than shown

How your place in this world

You've made just your own.

Undescribable personality

Words are of no use

Caressing my face

Is never abuse

I love you so much

We can't let this go

And if you ever say goobye

How, I'll never know.

Soo, what do you think? I'm thinking it's my best yet. I can't wait to enter, I think I'll do pretty good! :D

Summer :D

Summer, Summer sweet serene. Up high in the sky the sun will gleam. Bee's buzz, lady bugs crawl two best friends will toss a ball. So fast, so fast these months will pass but no worrys these memories will last(:

Finally, A New Poem!

Okayy, sorry for not posting in like.. a month. I've been lazy.. and not really up to writing lolz. Anyway, I wrote a new poem (why else would I post?), soo here it is x]

I hate that I love you

I hate what you've done

Sometimes I want you

Sometimes I'd run

It's amazing how I feel

I don't understand anymore

How I still love you

But you don't anymore.

How can I have feelings

That you don't share

And it's so obvious to me

That you don't care?

This is another one that's not really about anyone. I started it a while ago, and figured I'd finish it today :P What do you think? I love feedback, so let me know! I'll try to post again soon, but I'm going on vacation in.. A day xD I'm going to Jacksonville, Fl. Wewt wewt! Rofl it's not really a vacation, my dad has a meeting. But still ;] I'll try to write during the 3 hour drive there and back xD

Also; I was searching on Google, and I found a website hosting an Annual Poetry Competition. The winner gets $1,000 and gets their poem published in a book that will be sold - all profits going to Charity. Do you think I should go for it? They're looking for new writers, and well... I'd say I'm a new writer! :P
